Return and Refund Policy

Contact Gorilla Parts USA within 7 calendar days of delivery before returning an eligible product. Approved returns must be received within 14 calendar days after return authorization. Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all included materials. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Customer-choice returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping and return shipping costs are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

If you believe an eligible, non-electrical item has a manufacturer defect, contact us before returning it. We will provide instructions and review the item after inspection.

Electrical and electronic parts are final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted on electrical or electronic items, except where required by applicable law.

Other nonreturnable items include ATVs, scooters, dirt bikes, go-karts, complete vehicles, batteries, tires and wheels, tools, training wheels, special-order items, and products that have been opened, installed, assembled, fueled, operated, altered, damaged, or used, except where required by applicable law.

Orders canceled before shipment may incur costs already charged for processing or special ordering. Orders canceled after shipment and refused deliveries are responsible for original and return shipping charges and any applicable 20% restocking fee.
