Gorilla Parts USA ships within the United States. Unless a product page specifically states free shipping, shipping charges are paid by the customer and shown at checkout.

In-stock parts generally arrive within 3–6 business days after shipment. Weekends and holidays are not business days. Vendor-shipped, oversized, or heavy items may require additional handling time or charges. The shipping amount displayed at checkout controls if it differs from this general schedule.

Large Vehicles and Freight

ATVs, scooters, dirt bikes, go-karts, and other large products may ship by freight. Delivery time and charges vary by product and destination and are displayed at checkout or confirmed before shipment. The freight carrier may contact the customer to schedule delivery. Customers must inspect freight shipments before signing the delivery receipt and note any visible damage with the carrier.

Returns

Contact Gorilla Parts USA within 7 calendar days of delivery before returning an eligible product. Approved returns must be received within 14 calendar days after return authorization. Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all included materials. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Customer-choice returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping and return shipping costs are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. The 20% restocking fee does not apply when Gorilla Parts USA shipped the wrong item or confirms a manufacturer defect.

Nonreturnable Items

ATVs, scooters, dirt bikes, go-karts, complete vehicles, electrical parts, batteries, tires and wheels, tools, training wheels, special-order items, and products that have been opened, installed, assembled, fueled, operated, altered, damaged, or used are not returnable unless required by law.

Cancellations and Refused Shipments

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. Orders canceled before shipment may incur costs already charged for processing or special ordering. Orders canceled after shipment and refused deliveries are responsible for original and return shipping charges and any applicable 20% restocking fee.
